Cold shower, toilet paper low, shampoo/conditioner was already half gone

The hotel is under some construction, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was super convenient as well. Would stay again.

Keypads don't work. Someone was already in the room we were givin. We walked in, there they were. Wow. Frint desk is a joke. 15 minute check in time & no elevator.

It was pretty good for the price. I usually do Spark hotel down the street, but I was on a Christmas budget and I could have asked this stay to be better for what I paid.

Helpful staff, quiet, clean room, good mattresses. The room had a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast was okay- waffles, some sausage, hard boiled eggs, packaged muffins, juice, yogurt. This property is under construction and the updated rooms are nice. This property sits back off the road near 69 exits, shopping and lots of restaurants. There is an outdoor pool. The price for a 2 queen room on a Dec. weekend was $102 which seems a little pricey for the location. However, the staff was really helpful and it was a good night's sleep in a place that felt safe, clean and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and I would stay here again.

The property is closed access to several attractions like mall, grocery, gas station, food stall, etc. Feel safe during my stay and rooms are well maintained.
