Quality Inn Fort Wayne

Good clean room for my elderly Aunt & Uncle.

Nice size for the price. The bed was very comfortable. My granddaughters loved the waffle station with fruit topping and sausage in the morning but wanted eggs or an omelette maybe 🤔 Loved the music playing on the lobby. Nice stay

The bed linen was already dirty when I got there. Went to front and asked for clean sheets and they gave them and apologized. Stain on wall but other than that things were good. Rang the bell and no one came 1st time but few hrs later tried again and someone came.

The hotel seemed clean, even though they are under going remodeling. The room was booked on line and I had no knowledge of the condition until arrival. We were in an emergency situation, no heat in our home, and chose to spend the night elsewhere. I requested a king room with handicap facilities. I was unable to shower because there were no grab bars. When I tried to go to bed, I basically fell into a crater. The mattress was so badly pitted that I could not move around or turn onto my side with out help. I have never tried to sleep in such an awful bed, especially having to pay to do so. I had very little sleep and could not relax. Also, despite a noise rule, there was someone either yelling or having their television extremely loud in the middle of the night. 1-2 am. I could hear it in our room. I would not spend the night at this hotel ever again.

Location near restaurants. Room was clean.

Construction taking up parking. Exits closed, had to walk through front to enter/exit. Rooms not cleaned or items not replenished on a two night stay. Small tv. Small coffee maker. Breakfast very limited, should be considered snatch and go. Only hot food was sausage links and waffles. Only 2 tables in dining area. Waffle maker located in lobby away from other items. Would not accept a partial payment with a visa gift card.

Good experience

I was staying for business. The company I work for books my room. I have a card that they can use for any incidentals. I have stayed at 12-15 different hotel in the Fort Wayne area this year alone and many of them more than one time. However, my first visit to this hotel I was informed that I could not check in due to my age. (19yrs old) in spite of having a card and Driver's license and the room being fully paid for. After 30 mins and having to get my company involved I was able to check in. Ok so they have policies or whatever at least I got into my room. Today after leaving to go to work and checking out. I notice that they didn't put the usually hold on my card but instead made a debit/charge. When I called they said it was a "mistake" and fixed it. Glad my company won't be using this hotel again in the future.

Nice updated room, the whole hotel is being renovated, new carpets in hallway, included breakfast, very friendly staff.
