The staff was great and the room was cozy!

Sucked, no hot food except a waffle, cold steamed sausage links that were mushy, only had hard boiled eggs, juice machine did not work, muffins where in plastic bags.

Had workers out side our second floor window putting up a ladder and doing maintaince at our windo level at 730 in the morning, when we told the staff about it they just said "Have a nice day". After the second night we assked for the room to be cleaned and new towles, returned at 10 pm and the room was never cleaned. Never stay at a Quality inn again, no quality at all.

First thing I didn’t there was no elevator! The remote control was dirty and wasn’t working right. When I would press the volume button it would turn off and it was dirty. Then the sink stopper busted and I could not use the sink. Only good thing was it was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It was a excellent stay. One example is that it is only a couple minutes away from Mount Rushmore. Also, the beds were so comfy.

Quiet, comfortable and clean areas. Great staff and excellent customer service.

Room was clean bedding was clean. There was even a dehumidifier in the room to keep down the moisture due to the weather. Part of the hotel was under construction, but that did not interfere with my stay.

I’ve stayed in several quality Inn, and sometimes they can be a little hit or miss. This one is definitely a hit. Extremely clean, new furnishings, excellent security, . I needed a room at the last minute and decided to give this a try. I’m really glad I did. I will definitely be back in the very near future.
