Quality Inn Fort Wayne

The room was never cleaned.

We arrived to the hotel being under construction and high level of dust and vapor throughout halls and room. Pool closed. The entrance floor covered with construction dust. Carpeting throughout walkways showed signs of poorly being vacuumed. Mold, hair and soap scum in shower. Curtains were a good 18” to short to where someone could see in. Construction was being done to rooms in every wall way in lower level of hotel. No fresh towels, hand towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo or conditioner was left in room daily. Asked for to cancel both night stay and was denied. Vapor from construction could cause lung issues to anyone with lung issues, children or the elderly.

This hotel is again under construction…it appears to always be under construction.

A quick trip. It did the trick. Not very updated but they seemed to be working on it. The walls could have used some spackle and another coat of paint. The breakfast was disappointing. Service was decent though it did take some time for some help late in the night

Check it desk cletk was tpo sarcastic. Security code on phone issues, trouble getting key card from desk clerk.

No elevator in a two story hotel. Bathroom is very small. I thought the door was going to hit the toilet and tub. My dad had brown water come out of his faucet. Random curtains in the hallway with a tension rod. Did not eat breakfast there, I wasn’t sure if the food was ok to eat.

Good stay

Water damage, mold and dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Stale cereal, sausage with no main hot meal, nasty orange juice. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t read reviews of hotel before booking room. Big mistake! I checked out of the hotel after being there 30 minutes because I did not feel safe. I then read reviews and someone posted photo of bed bugs found 3 days before. They wouldn’t give refund because I booked with Expedia. My room was at the end of a poorly lit corridor. All rooms on the way to my room had their doors opened because they were being painted. Only workmen were there. I felt isolated and afraid of someone jumping out of one of the open doored rooms when I returned after 11:00 PM. I did not feel safe! This hotel deserves 5 stars if you are looking for a setting to film a horror movie! The rooms are being renovated. It might be better months from now after the renovation and bed bugs are exterminated.
