"Unexpected Guests (Roaches)"

The cleaning lady was awesome, but there's only so much she could do with the old, worn out tub, sink, furniture, etc.

They have roaches and charge $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room. A lot of guests were loud and even blasting music at all hours of the night. They also have no elevator and I have no idea how that's ADA compliant.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet didn’t work correctly.

The breakfast was terrible. There was barely any food. The juice machine didn’t work, the pancake machine didn’t work. We had to go each breakfast somewhere else.
