The bed was very comfortable

The pool was down/closed a lot of the time

I liked how close the property was to stores, restaurant, etc.

Checking in was a little difficult, the guy was rude. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, the shower was dirty and had old bar soap from last guest, the hot tub in our room was dirty and had bugs.

Staff is really nice and accommodating.

I liked everything. It was a little outdated as far as room maintenance and decor

The experience was completely disappointing. The facilities were in very poor condition: the room floor was dirty and the bathtub was extremely slippery, which is a real safety hazard for guests. But the most frustrating part has been the security deposit. At check-out they verbally assured me it would be returned immediately, and 3 days have passed with no refund. No communication, no explanation whatsoever. I do not recommend this hotel. They charge a deposit they don’t return, and the conditions of the accommodation don’t justify the price or the trust placed in them. I will wait a few more days before proceeding with a formal dispute.

It was not a good night; the bed, blankets, and pillow were dirty and smelled foul. I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness.
