"Worst hotel in the whole world"

The worst hotel in the whole world. They are all thieves and criminals working there as I was robbed and my money was stolen. So I wont advice anyone to stay there even if its my enemy I will never ever recommend this place. Be warned ⚠️

"Don't stay here the staff made our families stay a living nightmare"

My family and I stayed here on June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of 2026 and not only was the staff HORRENDOUS, but there were cockroaches in our room and the bathroom door wouldn't close. We had initially inquired on Thursday morning, the final day of our reservation for the weekend rates in case we possibly needed to extend our stay another day. We were told it could be $90 or $200 for extended our stay on a weekend day. Then when we went to checkout Thursday evening even though we had paid for our room for the entire day and technically had until 11 am that next morning on Friday. After notifying the staff member at the front desk that evening we were checking out Thursday evening,and retrieving our belongings we proceeded again to the lobby to wait for the room to be inspected in order to complete the checkout process and get back our room deposit. Only to sit for over an hour before I asked the staff member again as to how much longer the room inspection would take. Only this time he now tells us that their maid who does the final room inspections wouldn't be there until that next morning. So we waited till morning and were informed that the manager would do our inspection. However finally after our room was finally inspected and cleared for checkout only then our we told it would be 4 business days to receive our room deposit back. Well that was Friday June 5th, and still haven't received our deposit back!!

"The people that work at Day Inn and suites are discriminating towards autistic kids"

My family loved the pool till the next day my wife and her autistic son trying to go to the pool they went to the front desk to ask when will it be open and they got really crappy yelled at my wife in front of the autistic kid and then claim that she was yelling, but she was just trying to talk over them because they were yelling at her and then say you guys ain’t special because you have a autistic child didn’t know where that came from but it really made me feel like they are discriminating so don’t go to this hotel those people should be fired and not be able to run a business

Nothing they are very discriminating. If you have a autistic kid, they will not help you or respect you. They will just yell at you.
