The beds and the breakfast is quite ok!

The room had plenty of space, a sink and separate living area.

Elevator was broken with no convenient set of stairs and the parking was very tight.

Room had the best air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable. Great price and great location. Provided good breakfast too. Definitely on my saved list for future stays.

Cant think of any negatives.

Free parking! Included breakfast, not bad at all, have all the necessary( scrambled eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, can cook waffles yourself, apples). Very comfortable bed and pillows, we had good sleeping 👍 which is most important. Big room, we had 8 luggages and everything fits perfectly, enough space for everything. Drinking water on the first floor with good taste. Good wifi

Very dirty carpet in room, can’t walk without shoes, feet immediately becoming black. When we checked in on the floor there was a lot of garbage, not vacuumed. In bathroom was empty box with tissue paper. Empty bottle of shampoo. even after the second cleaning did not put napkins and did not refill a bottle of shampoo. had to wash your head with shower gel. There was no drinking water at breakfast and only ice milk. But the woman who works there was very helpful and nice. Don’t have every day housekeeping, need to book it advance.

Nothing. Really bad experience. Items stolen from our room. Staff need to be held accountable. Don’t go there!!! You’ve been warned.

The fact that they stole items from my room and they still denial that their staff would never take anything that doesn’t belong to them. Ants in the room and their excuse was, it’s Summer time. We always have ants in the summer. Ants in my hydrojug. Cigarette smell really bad.

Value was good. Liked that parking was included with the night stay. Breakfast was decent and dining area clean and food stayed supplied well. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Under remodel so there is absolutely No signage to identify hotel. No pool even though stated there was one. Soap in shower was empty. Bathtub was SLIPPERY!!! Needs a mat or non slip decals to help. Air conditioner remote a little difficult to operate/understand, so took a bit to get room cool. But overall none of this would stop us from staying here again.

If we could give it zero stars, we would. First, we booked it when it was a Hampton Inn and between making our reservations through a 3rd party and our stay, it changed hands. Second, a cockroach was belly up during our breakfast (I took a photo for the front desk staff). Third, the rooms were not finished. The wall art was on the ground behind the couch, the shower doors were not fully installed so we had to lift the doors on and off the runner to shower. The air conditioner leaked so bad we filled up two trash cans of water during our 14 hour stay. Needless to stay we wanted to check out despite it being July 4th. The front desk staff assured us that we would receive a refund. I had the third party booking agent on the phone talking to the hotel staff, everyone agreed. I think the cockrocach photo sealed the deal. Only one more thing needed to happen. After assurances that all would be refunded and our account reflected the events, we heard back a week later that the hotel DENIED our refund. So between the cockroach and that, no way, no how would I even give this place one star.
