Our stay was overall very great. The dayshift staff was very sweet, helpful and answered all my questions. No issues with parking, room was very clean and spacious, good channels for kids and adults. The only slight issue I had was the mattress is a bit stiff. Building is old but they are doing great with renovation and cleaning staff

I liked that the room was spacious. Also, they had a laundry room on the 4th floor so that was handy to have on-site. The staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great to have a lot to choose from.

This is the first time a laundry room at a hotel charges. You so it was kind of hard to get quarters.

"More then 12 hours to get access to my belongings"

The checking was great, after I settled in my room I got ready to go out and get some food. When I came back to my room I wasn’t able to go inside my room. I went down to the office and they told me that the key card reader died and the battery needed to be replaced. They send me to another room. But couldn’t access to my personal stuff because my things were inside the locked room. Keep in mind it took them more than 12 hours to get access to my room yes more then 12 hours. To get my stuff out. I couldn’t sleep well. I kept checking every 3 hours to get and update. they kept telling me they were waiting for someone to come and fix the key card reader. I have never had a horrible experience in a hotel until that day. Never ever do I want to go back there, horrible experience and waste of my time and money. I honestly wanted to get a refund but I honestly was so drained and tired I just left as soon as I was able to get my belongings from the room.

"Habitability Issues"

The apartment has ants on the bed and on other furniture. The refrigerator was broken and the replacement froze all of my vegetables. I needed help.
