"Terrible bed"

The bed mattress was old and unconfutable. The bed base was metal and it was loose, noisy and just bad.

Upon arriving back to our room after being out. There were ants all the beds and walls. Front desk got us another immediately. However the second room's fan was loose and we couldn't run the air higher than the lowest setting

I got admitted into the wrong room and someone else tried coming in my room while there. The attendant gave me the wrong number and I had to keep going back to the office to get a new key and a new room. It was terriblr

"No chance to stay. Because there was no room for us when we showed up."

We booked room thought Booking.com. When we went there. The front desk person said there is no room for us. Even though my name appeared in their system.
