"No frill business hotel"

No frill business hotel. Rooms are quiet except for when you turn on the heat which is quite noisy. You kind of have to choose between being cold and silence. The water pressure is fine but there are no bathtubs. The gym is fairly basic and the stairmaster was broken.

"Good for business"

Had an excellent stay here recently! Kammie in the morning was wonderful and the gentleman working the desk at night was extremely helpful (sorry I didn't catch your name!) The rooms and amenities are what I expected but the staff was excellent.

"5 star hospitality"

So far this has been the best hotel I've stayed at in Iowa. Excellent room, friendly staff. I missed the breakfast in the M-lounge this morning then Kammie saw me wandering around and asked if I would like the chef to prepare something for me! Top notch hospitality. Breakfast was perfect and Kammie was 10/10 5stars.

"Clean with friendly staff"

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Welcoming lobby with nice decor and a fantastic bar. Location is great too. Above all, staff are friendly and professional. I often stay here and they always make me feel right at home. A few to name and thank are Kammie, Kristine, Jolene. Staff at the M club are amazing too and super nice particularly the quiter young lady (I believe Amy? Oh and the complementary shuttle is another nice touch 👌

"Great stay in West Des Moines"

Great stay at this property. Very clean, modern, and well equipped. The free shuttle was extremely helpful. Got me to and from the airport as well as back and forth to meetings. Mike G. was the shuttle driver. He was very nice and helpful. Worked hard to get everyone where they needed to be on time.

Had horrible service at the bar. It was my birthday and they were absolutely terrible. Wouldnt get us drinks seeemed pissed we didnt want to order food. And wouldnt cash us out. They disappeared multiple time for 10 to 15 mind and i had to get the front desk and then we had to add to the room because they wouldnt cash us out.

"Great hotel, great location, great price!"

This is our "go to" in Des Moines. The location is perfect, the hotel is impeccably maintained and the staff is outstanding. We especially appreciated our special room request to a higher floor without hesitation. Christie took care of all our requests with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
