West Des Moines Marriott

Received excellent service from Zach He has such a Great attitude extremely helpful. I won't stay anywhere else in West Des Moines. Gave great advise for Restuarant's etc. in the Des Moines area. Every time I have stayed his greeting and attitude makes you feel actually welcomed.

Christie was an absolute joy! Very attentive and professional! She’s the epitome of why choose Marriott! When I was checking in I was in a rush. She took care of all of my needs and the overall experience was truly awesome! It’s always great to get such amazing service from great people like her! Sean T.

Christie at checkin was great. I used the shuttle and Mike G and Bill W were very helpful to around. Great stay! Breakfast in M Club was exceptional. Great variety during days of stay. Recommend this facility for business stay in Des Moines. Thank you to all.

The front desk associates took care of the issues with the booking agency and charges against my card that were not legitimate. They were kind and thoughtful. The shuttle attendant, Mike G, was exceptional. He came early to take me to the airport and made sure I didn’t miss my flight.

The breakfast area was amazing with a lot of choices. Kammie is the morning person that makes coffee and takes care of all the tables. She is the best! I wish I there was a Kammie at every hotel we stayed at! Go Kammie! She also makes the best coffees, iced or hot! The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport and knew our names. The front desk people were kind and smiling every time we saw them. They helped with special accommodations that were needed and brought us extra coffee goods and towels 10 minutes after we asked. All around one of the nicest, best kept, kind worker I have ever stayed at!

This property was great! I was there for business travel but would recommend for personal as well. Very clean, lots of on property amenities, extremely friendly staff, including Christie who was amazing and helped me with a couple of requests. Great location, short drive to lots of food, shopping, and entertainment! Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights as a “mini staycation” of sorts. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are large and clean. The gym area and pool are very nice. The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants and a mall. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Christie at the front desk helped us check in and out— and was very helpful to make our stay comfortable! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and were very kind. We ordered room service a couple of times— the food was SO delicious and the guy who delivered it was really nice! Overall, a super relaxing and fun stay!(:

I thought that charging $10 for breakfast was very tacky, to be honest Just include it and you will win in The PR category. Really not a good look for Marriott which really should have more class than that. It was a “do it yourself” breakfast not made to order. Do better!!

As a team at the front desk, namely Christie was extremely helpful. Very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in all the different questions that I had about the local area since this is the first time I’ve ever been to Iowa. Kristy answered every question I had and was extremely professional.

The breakfast was good even though we had to pay. It was reasonable. I would like to have known there was a charge for non-members before going to it. It said it was included on my confirmation. Thank you

What I mentioned above not knowing the breakfast was extra and even when the woman said to check at the bar she didn't mention there would be a charge.
