The facility is modern and comfortable

The breakfast could be better for a 4 star hotel, very few savory options. After our stay, we were charged a no show fee, even though we stayed at the property. After months, I still didn't receive a reimbursement... the property hasn't been very responsive and ready to solve the issue

Reasonable for relatively cheap stay

Location is so so. View of snow salt mountains not the best vibe

Very nice and bright rooms, very clean and beautiful art all around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd like an idea of a painting station in the lobby, The table tennis and pool table was great fun for kids too.

Opening hours in the bar/restaurant could be extended a little bit.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The New Balance Fitness Club free day pass deal was absolutely brilliant. I went 5 times in my 8 day stay.

I enjoyed it all.

這家旅館已經不再offer free parking. 但是manager 人很好，在知道我是老客人後，主動幫我waive parking fee. 讓我們覺得倍感尊榮。

None, except I think they’d better update the info about parking.

Friendly staff

Hotel is made of 2 buildings that a connected through a bridge walkway on the 2nd floor. We stayed at the south building 3rd floor.. From the hotel lobby, have to go to 2nd floor, take a flight of stairs, then another elevator to 3rd floor in the south building. Inconvenient. Hallways have 7 foot ceiling, hotel rooms are quite basic. Bathroom doors a sliding and do no lock and give zero privacy.
