Comfort Suites Stafford Near Sugarland

Do NOTTT stay at this place! Please! The neighborhood is beautiful and you would think the inside of this place would be too. It's terrible! The smell as soon as you walk in is terrible, chairs ripped and peeling everywhere. Walls peeling. Elevator can only fit about 3 people in it and barely works. I wouldn't even let me children walk barefoot on the nasty carpet. We had to shower with flip flops on, the tub was nasty, shower head was filthy. I had to spend money on pillow cases and blankets for us to sleep with because I was so uncomfortable sleeping in under theirs. Not to mention we saw 4 roaches within our 24 hour stay. Was supposed to stay 3 days, got cut short to only 2 days. I couldn't take it any more. Didn't even have a trash can in the room. This hotel is old and run down. Needs to be shut down and remodeled. It was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for.

Near dining options. I believe their carpet needs changing as it is too dirty. Had to replace card key thrice just because it wasnt working. I mean, i was really tired that day. But had to keep going back and forth just to get it to my room

Very dirty place . Smelling mold inside hotel and room. Very very very dirty floor . Please dont promote place like this. I cannot believe it in America

Micro wave cought fire . Refridgerator broke 2 days into trip & spoiled all our food . Roaches around couch area alive and dead . Lights buffet colors dirty hallways . Elevator broke 3 day . Staff tried to help but even the sheets where dirty

I did t stay in room because there a bad smell made me very sick. They were rude and acknowledged the smell As well.

Very Run Down property and very poor service

This is not a Comfort Suites & Inn, the implies that it is. The location is great, that is why I chose it, but this is also were any positive recommendations stop. This Hotel is quite possibly the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in, we paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms and left after one night and came home. I seldom post negative reviews but this place needs to be cleaned up.

The carpets were filthy, the mattress was uncomfortable, the ironing board had no padding, and the breakfast was not stocked well.

My review of the room is hotel was not clean to hotel standards sheets were dirty carpet dirty no ice machine breakfast was terrible had roaches in room TV didn't work night and evening desk clerks were horrible morning desk clerk was amazing for the price I paid it was unacceptable
