Comfort Suites Stafford Near Sugarland

I didn't stay at the hotel because the reviews were so bad. I was not going to stay at a hotel that was not represented correctly in pictures issues with car damages and notes of bugs in the hotel. I didn't feel safe staying at the hotel because i couldn't even find a good review. Expedia is a coward because they wouldn't get me my money back.

Bathroom fan didnt work. Tv was broken.

The hotel is going through renovations and has very limited staff. Staff was excellent and knew their challenges. This should not have offered to me as an option. I demand refund of my stay.

Not many breakfast options in the morning

Starting with check in was more than 20 minutes standing because the front desk was waiting for another staff that was late for work check in guest because he was done for the day , Hotel is under constructions rooms smelled like smoke even though they were non smoking the carpet smelled and the floor was dirty.

This property had a stink to it. Like mildew musty stink smell. It needs a good cleaning and disinfecting to the whole property.

I liked that the room had two beds and a sofa bed. I didn't like that the toilet kept getting clogged, the people next door were smoking marijuana and smelled a lot, and that there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Receptionist and room service behavior is too much bad

The room was decent. Bed was comfortable enough, but bring your own pillows! The staff is friendly if you catch them on the counter or phone. There is one young dude he’s a soft talker with a heavy accent so have a pen and paper and a quiet room ready if you call he’s cool though. There was a leak in front of the elevator on the second floor not a deal breaker for me but for someone it’s worth the knowledge.

Stains on carpet. Maid service only 3x a week. Sloppy and not presentable receptionist. Jacuzzi tub. Poor quality towels. Paper Flyers on walls. No parking spaces on 2 nights. Stains on the ceiling. noisy A/c. Curtains won’t open. Roaches in the bedroom. No coffee re stocking after consumed.
