overall very bad condition of the hotel property and no cleanliness at all.

Bed is bad tv barely working

I like it because, it was Close to my vicinity. Whay i didnt like is, very stained carpet and rooms need to be updated with multiple USB for charging. Just had one and it was away from the bed. Very inconvenient.

Several blood stains on sheets. Small roach roaming the room.

Carpet stains in the hallway and the hallway smelled. The room was clean. They are doing upgrades so hopefully these things will be addressed.

My mother and I travelled from California for family gatherings. We checked in on the 4th of July to sign a document in agreement to not smoke in the room. We were given room 310 that was consumed with the smell of smoke so the night front desk clerk changed our room to 303. A request for a handicap assessable room was totally ignored; The jacuzzi tub was oversized and extremely difficult for me to get in, it was filthy and I have pictures in support of all issues described in my review. My 81 year old mother with dementia and Parkinson's was unable to bathe; please take note that just because a grab bar is added does not make the room a handicap assessable room. The air conditioner face cover was not just heavy but unsecured so when maintenance could not fix the issue his explanation was that all the air conditioners were replaced but the covers were not and unfortunately are not compatible so, he used tape that would not hold it in place! We also had a roach issue which was the final straw and front desk suggested to move us again but at this time it was midnight. I explained that I would appreciate if we could be compensated for this inconvenience and check out by 11am with no penalties and a refund for the additional night that was prepaid. The night clerk stated that all of the complaints were noted in the system and that management would remedy this issue and all I needed to do was speak with the morning shift and refer to his notes. This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mallory Williams the morning shift and there were no notes that depicted this unpleasant experience. Mr. Williams understood this uncomfortable inconvenience; he took action immediately versus treating me like I was the inconvenience. I served 15 years in the hospitality industry with 10 serving with Starwood properties. Mr. Williams is the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like! Thank you Mr. Mallory Williams for your impeccable service and your ability to clean up behind your coworkers with exquisite professionalism. Job well done!

Rain leak on ceiling, ice machine broken, bed was so worn out that you could feel springs, shower faucet was loose, So many bad things , price cheap was not worth it

It was ok overall not a lot of options when it came to the breakfast “buffet”.

Horrible TV didn’t work. Room was dirty lobby was dirty smell, ugly.

Bad service. It was under construction. We didn’t have bath towels and had a hard time getting some. Tv didn’t work during our 4 night stay. Fridge didn’t work. Sofa bed was literally just springs
