It was nice. Upon arriving there was no one at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes, called the property. Finally someone came to check me in. I guess something was going on upstairs and only one person was working front desk.

The staff members was extremely rude and lied and said it was a flag on my account and wouldn’t tell me why, however, customer service said differently. She was extremely rude to my partner telling him to be quiet, shut up, and had a disgusting attitude. The attendant also lied and said she was management when I’ve seen the actual manager which was in fact not her. The rooms weren’t really clean.

The hostess was great ,the room was fair bt hair n the restroom and on the bed, and the breakfast was excellent, and if you like taking pic the elevator wall pics are great and lobby has a nice scenery and fireplace.
