I had many issues but the room was good, clean but I was never mention or inform in the page about the pool area not being in service I book for my kid Bday and that was a big fail, then the tv was on with no picture, the morning receptionist very rude, if am paying a cleaning fee it shouldn’t matter if I take my food or make mess or not, plus the food was cold and heated with a microwave no sorry this been the worst hotel stay ever, never done this bad of review ever.

The pool was empty. No hand soap. Apple pay was not allowed to purchase drinks only cash. Water to drink not available to buy. I will not come back on my next business trip. The microwave on the room doesn’t work. The phone doesn’t work. There is no water pressure on the shower and hardly any ways comes out. House keeping is not everyday.
