I had an incredible time at the lounge bar. Chelo the bartender really took care of us and made us try amazing cocktails. He makes all his own natural syrups and can make your own personalized cocktail according to your taste. I 100% recommend!

Great hotel and awesome food… We stopped for a few drinks at the bar and TBH, one of the best kept secrets. Bar tender makes his own juice and adds a little touch to everything… of your in the area, be sure to try the cocktails as well as the spaghetti bolognese… Awesome Thanks chello

We stayed at this hotel on points as part of a Brazil family trip. We were more than pleased with the friendly staff. Renata in particular was fabulous. She helped us with our sightseeing plan and recommended many good restaurants. She has a great knowledge of the city and was a great help. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and a good size. The breakfast buffet is good but a little expensive but they also offer a la carte at a better value. This hotel is in a great area and a good jumping off point to many of the city highlights. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location - 2 mins walk to Main Street where all the shopping mall and cafes/restaurants are. The staff at the hotel were amazing and we were well looked after.

My only comment would be that the cost of the taxi to pick us up from the airport was very over the top expensive and this was much less when we returned to the airport with one of their local taxi's. However - if you have never been is São Paulo before, we didn't care as it felt safer to go with hotel recommended driver/car.

Staff and food

this isn’t a 5-star hotel. It’s nice but not luxury. No coffee machine in rooms. No staff for luggage assistance. Low ceilings in building. Outdated and simple furniture in lobby. Carpets in room were stained. Generally, just very basic and not what you expect from a 5 star rating. The concierge still has not replied to us to arrange an airport transfer. The concierge was never there so we arranged a private tour of city through a tourist app which turned out to be lovely, so probably a blessing in disguise. It was one of the most expensive options but actually many other hotels in alternative locations would have been better choice. The hotel feels like a business hotel with all flight crews that are there. Will not choose this hotel on future visits to Sao Paulo.
