Spent 6 nights at IC Sao Paulo. Location is very convenient and service is consistently good, as expected from Intercontinental. The rooms are ageing a bit and Wi-Fi was a let down this time, as it would often disconnect or signal would be too weak in parts of the room. The greatest feature of the hotel remains the Club lounge and the remarkable attention provided to returning guests. It was a pleasure to see Gabriela again upon check-in, then meet Vinimus, who on most evenings made some of the best caipirinhas while also accommodating food preferences, along with Isabelle and Danielle. Another home away from home.
