I love staying at the Intercontinental São Paulo , to start with the location , so much to do around the hotel, great shopping and places to eat. Second , the lovely rooms , great mattresses and the best selection of pillows . But what I really want to commend , is the stuff , especially Diego , always there to help and make you feel extra welcome . Thank you Diego , you are just wonderful ! It’s always a pleasure staying here as the rooms are clean and spacious and I love Chello the evening bartender he always makes the best drinks for us! We always look for Chello to make drinks for us whenever we stay at this hotel! The hotel staff are outstanding as well and we always get great customer service every time we stay at this hotel!

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its central location near convenient amenities. The tranquil atmosphere allows for a restful stay, perfect for business or leisure travelers. Its prime location provides easy access to dining, shopping, and business districts. While the hotel boasts these advantages, some thoughtful renovations would greatly enhance the guest experience. A revitalization of the property would truly elevate its potential.

We really liked the rooms, very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the center and Jardins. Alameda Santos has many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is quite complete and the VIP lounge has many food and drink options.

Staff are super friendly, gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used equipped with everything you need. Chello on the bar is an absolute gentleman and makes the best cocktails. Rooms are clean, bed comfy and breakfast is great - don’t worry if you don’t speak Portuguese everybody speaks English in the hotel

Chelo & João Vitor are always professional, pleasant and lovely. They make fabulous cocktails at the bar! I recommend their unique take on caipirinhas! I always look forward to my stay at this hotel because of the welcoming staff and the central location. Obrigada!

The room was very comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for business followed by a few days of vacation. It was such a pleasure to have been provided exceptional service by Renata, the concierge. Renata was so professional and helpful that my wife and I would stay at this hotel again based on that aspect alone. We wish more hotels would have this level of concierge service. Regardless, the other employees were also great, the restaurant is one of the best in the area, including for breakfast, and overall we felt the location was very well situated.

Great breakfast my waiter Luis Ervelton was courteous and the service was great! Food was excellent. My room was also very nice. Everything was very clean. I have stayed at this location many times and am always very satisfied. Highly recommended.
