The location, friendly staff and facilities. Everybody is very helpful and super friendly. Reneta at the lounge is very helpful and recommended some places to see in the city. She gave an idea to explore the city with a very great tour guide because we are first time in the São Paulo city. It was a great experience for us.

Location, staff is amazing and room size. The gym is great. People at the bar is wonderful.

Chairs and sofas need a refurbishment. They look a bit old and stained ( we are in a 5 star hotel) . Cleaning people sometimes forget the coffee pots, no cutlery in the room. No wine classes in the room. No proper duvet cover, it’s between two sheets. Aircon might need a check up.
