Delta Hotels by Marriott Utica

Great bed, water bottle filler. Would return.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! The security bolt was missing, removed from the door. The room was disgusting and filthy. The floors were filthy. The bathroom and shower had hair all over them and were disgusting. I've stayed in many Marriott hotels and I'm embarrassed the name is attached to this hotel!

Everything. With such service you will get rid of customers in the future. Five minutes away and in another hotel we paid with the same card and settled in. By the way, you should stretch yourself with the service staff, arrogance and unwillingness to solve your own problems is huge

I found this hotel through Expedia while traveling through the area. I was impressed with the service provided, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the warmth with which the staff greeted me. The check-in process was efficient, and I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The beds at the hotel are very luxurious, and the pool is also lovely.

I still haven’t got the receipt I asked for at check out when they said it had to be emailed not printed? Shower curtain was too short and water leaked all over the bathroom

We came for a show at the Stanley and the location was perfect. Vernessa at the front desk went above and beyond with exceptional customer service!

I loved everything except the fact that we did not have a microwave in our room

Property was clean and comfortable.

A thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
