Delta Hotels by Marriott Utica

The staff was incredibly awesome and helpful.

They only had one working elevator while hosting players for a national hockey tournament. The working elevator was so slow that most people opted to use the stairs to claim 6 flights. That's a lot of work for hockey players carrying their heavy gear bags. Their pull out beds are twin sized which is very disappointing.

Bed was comfortable

Halls smelled like weed, breakfast was stale and over priced, staff could have been nicer, parking fees

Convenient downtown location, secure parking garage was great especially for the location

I didn't like waiting for elevator, they have two elevators and one was broken and that one that worked was really slow.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I found the area to be convenient and easy to navigate. You are close enough to be able to walk to a few restaurants and coffee shops. I also liked that the Nexus Center and Adirondack Bank Center were very close by and only a 10 minute walk away. My only complaint is the parking situation and how it is $10 per day to park in a parking garage. However the gate to the parking garage is consistently open so you might not even have to pay! Overall a great stay and I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know that stays in Utica.

The staff are really friendly and the room was clean. The staircase was a little dirty. But overall a nice place.

It was right down the street from the dance competition my daughter was in and it had a pool.

It was dirty, the staff was unpleasant. We got charged on booking to get free breakfast at the venue but they refused to honor it. The mini fridge did not work and either did the thermostat
