Great location

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The first night (Friday), our room felt a little warm, but it was manageable since the weather outside was cool. The next morning, I went to the front desk to report that our air conditioning wasn’t working. The woman I spoke with took my name and room number and assured me it would be taken care of. However, when we returned that evening, nothing had been done—the room was still uncomfortably warm. I went back to the front desk and spoke with a different agent, Kahlia. She immediately picked up her radio, contacted an engineer, and arranged for a new room. Within minutes, our belongings were moved and everything was set. It was disappointing that the issue wasn’t handled earlier, but Kahlia’s professionalism and responsiveness turned the situation around. Her excellent service made a big difference in our stay.

Loved the hotel and loved the service even more! Darrius was super helpful and Rodney waited on me for breakfast! When we come back I’m asking for Rodney personally. Him and Darrius helped me find a spot in the Pavilion that was near a plug so I could work on my laptop

Great location! Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

During our stay we had drinks at the bar in the hotel lobby. We also had breakfast and lunch at the hotel as well. The hotel staff Olivia, Joi, Rodney and Shay kept our drinks coming. I would give them 10 out of 10. Thank you for the hospitality we will be sure to visit again.

We were there for a wedding. Me and two other girls decided to get our hair done at the spa. They only have one person working on hair. The products they used were awful. Made our hair feel disgusting. One of my friends had an appointment the day before and the spa called her and cancelled her appointment. The next day when she actually got her hair done, they decided to charge her for both days. They charged her for services that they cancelled on her. Another friend of mine went the day of to schedule a massage and they gave her an appointment. She sat with us for an hour and after she went to them to ask about her appointment they cancelled her appointment. The staff at the spa is not properly trained and very unprofessional.
