Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

My overnight stay was very nice! Mary took really great care of me when she checked me in and gave me a room high enough to have a better view. The breakfast was good. The area and location was great. I just wish the parking was better!

Very upscale hotel. One of the nicer ones we’ve ever stayed at.

Excellent hotel

Great location — clean rooms, friendly staff, and walking distance to the Rock Hall, FirstEnergy Stadium, Science Center, and more. We got breakfast coupons for four — food was great, big portions, but seating was awkward for groups. Either low lounge chairs, high tops, or tiny tables for two. Also received appetizer coupons but couldn’t use them — the Market Pantry was closed when we tried before checkout. The M Lounge had no views and no hot food, just coffee, soda, chips, nuts, and water. Not bad, but not amazing either. Still, overall a solid stay in a super convenient spot.

Wanted to give a shout out to Timothy from Security and Lost & Found. When we checked out on Sunday, I left my very favorite slacks in the closet. I reached out the Timothy and he immediately took action and took my name and number. I was so worried that the slacks were forever lost. But, NO.. Timothy called me this morning and gave me the great news that he found the slacks and is dropping them in the mail for me. I am SO excited.. I am thankful to people like Timothy that go over and beyond the call of duty. Can't wait to come back next year and thank him in person. Happy Camper !

Nice hotel

Primarily a convention hotel with other business guests that have work in the Key Tower. The convention center is across the street. Lobby is large, with the bar, gathering area and elevators are generally quick. The rooms need updating. They are older and tired, especially the bathrooms. Front desk service is typical for a standard Marriott. Moderately quiet although even in the upper floor room where I stayed street noise from cars/motorcycles can be heard. Average at best.

Exactly what you expect from a Marriott Hotel…quality.

Perfect downtown location within walking distance to all sports venues as well as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Stayed overnight for the AC/DC concert and was able to easily walk to the stadium and the hall of fame next morning. While a little dated, the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff! An extra big shout out to bartender Chase who made the best mimosa and gave my husband and I tips on the best way to get the most out of our experience at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Will most likely stay here again next time in town and highly recommend!
