"We stayed at the Marriott downtown at Key Tower for a concert which was walking distance from Hotel"

I loved the Location, bed was very comfortable and loved having access to the M Club lounge that was definitely a bonus! Rooms were clean and tidy

I did not like having to pay for WIFI… i feel if we stay at a hotel then the WIFI should be free… Most Hotels Wifi is free and that was one thing i didn’t look into before I booked

Food was great. Customer service was good overall, until we notified the front desk that there was underwear and socks left in our room from a previous guest? This was concerning to us as well as possible blood spots on the bathroom door frame. Front desk made aware of these discoveries and was shown pictures of our concerns, but offered no remedy except to note it and speak with a manager. I truly expect more from Marriott. Do better. This room was over $500/night and we have to wonder if it was even cleaned properly before we arrived .

"I've got to stay there again"

Check in was a challenge because there was a Marathon planned for the next day. Once I got there checked in was good and the underground parking was convenient. The decor is dated but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. The location was great

We arrived and had Room #820 Was supposed to be a corner view with a king bed. The bed was a queen bed, and the AC / heating did not work at all. Made for a very unpleasant sleep in 80 degree temps inside a sealed hotel room. Good chance will not stay here again

"Subpar to say the least especially for Marriot"

The location & lobby are phenomenal but when I got to my room I wasn’t satisfied.

The location is a lil hard to get to through traffic & my first room was filthy. Covered in dust & I had to be relocated
