First time staying at this property... very happy with my stay. Mason provided exceptional customer service at check in and provided me with a late checkout. He was very friendly and welcoming. The check in process was an absolute breeze. He provided me with wonderful recommendations for dining and other things to do in the area. He was so accommodating and was an absolute sweetheart! The hotel itself has a great bar and restaurant. Gym is open 24/7. Property itself was immaculate, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, great location. I was within walking distance to everything downtown. Highly recommended if you're staying in downtown Cleveland. If you like Italian cuisine, there is a phenomenal restaurant located in the hotel... Il Venetian- HIGHLY recommended!

I was attending a large event. I felt both the meeting accomodations and room accomodations were nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. And all the areas except a very busy bathroom area were clean.

Everyone from check-in desk to housekeeping did a great job. I have no complaints, and recommend staying here for your Cleveland visit. I interacted with Mason and Matthew who helped with suggestions during my stay. Mason was thoughtful enough to give me a lake view. This kindness made my trip!

My favorite place to stay in Cleveland for work. Friendly and helpful staff, great comfortable beds, AWESOME gym and spa… the steam room is heavenly…The folks here really know how to take care of you! Great location in the square. My home away from home. Great view of the stadium and the lake

"Poor service at reception & restaurant "

Hotel room was ok, although the hotel feels old. Service at the lobby restaurant was very poor, we waited almost an hour for dinner because they are not staffed to deal with a fully occupied restaurant. To make things worse, I asked at reception on Saturday night what time breakfast opens, because we had to leave by 7:00 am. They told me 6:30 am. We showed up at 6:30 am only to be told by the restaurant staff that they do not open until 7:00 on weekends.
