Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

Nice place to stay

It was great.

The staff were wonderful. The location was great. The shower was old and hard to use.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay and our trip to the Rock and Roll HOF. The hotel and staff were great.

Had a brief overnight and the hotel was an ideal location. The Marriott is in a central, downtown location and the staff incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The amenities were appreciated upon entering the room. The views of the city from the room were fabulous and the room and bed comfortable. The M Club was well portioned with beverages availabl.e The standout was the gym as was able to get two workouts in. There was some minor noise from the city streets late (i.e. sirens); however, it was nominal and goes with any large city. Overall a wonderful stay.

Bed was old and my back and hips hurt when I woke up and got out of bed. The refrigerator knob was broken and nothing stayed cold. The pillows has hair on them. The sink in the bathroom drained extremely slow.

This is a nicer hotel-- HOWEVER it is dated. The rooms were dated and the biggest thing. The toilet is either filthy or have a rust water stains throughout- Yes, it is gross looking. This means you need to replace the toilet!! The toilet barely flushed. My husband was the maintenance guy by 'giggling' the chain inside the toilet to get it to flush and stop running, We did this since we called the front desk because the blow dryer was broken and we needed it. Well, she never came so we knew we needed to fix our own toilet. lol Please, just replace the toilets and shower heads. Also, get a bigger tv. This 37" in a double bed room is not adequate. The lobby and other amenities are great. lobby and Mclub staff were good. We are Titanium by the way and rarely write reviews but this bathroom requires a review!!!
