Great location. Looks recently decorated and room was lovely.

Charges for early check-in. Booking.com showed discounts of 30%for food/drink. This wasn’t correct as we were only offered 10% of breakfast and 20% off other food. No discounts on drinks. Watch out! Their Happy Hour offers buy 1 drink get 1 free which actually meant 1 person needed to order 2 drinks and one would be free.

Highly highly recommend this hotel for anyone lookong for south miami beach experience. Best location right across Miami beach. Shout out to RUBEN at the front desk. He was so nice, upgraded us to an ocean facing room and also provided smooth check in. He was very hospitable and staff was very polite. Made the trip even better. Hotel comes with 20% off on meals in the restaurant and free beach chairs. Cannot ask more for such a prime location with best restaurants and Mango club next door. Looking to stay in the best location in south beach this hotel will not disappoint.

I stayed at the Waldorf in Miami with my son during the World Cup, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport and directly across from the beach. Its location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightlife options nearby. It is also close to Lincoln Road, where you can find many shops and great places for shopping. There are convenience stores within walking distance as well, making it easy to buy drinks, snacks, or quick meals. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. Thanks to the hotel’s proximity to the beach, the weather and atmosphere around the property are especially pleasant and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe in the area. What truly made this stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. I would especially like to recognize Oscar and Ruben at the front desk, who assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. They were always welcoming, helpful, and made sure all of my questions and requests were handled promptly. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home. Since I was traveling with my son during the World Cup, General Manager Mr. Pérez went above and beyond. He personally helped us with directions to the stadium, shared valuable local recommendations, and always took the time to ask how our adventures were going. His genuine care and hospitality made our trip even more memorable. The restaurant is excellent and offers both seafood and meat dishes. I highly recommend the ceviche and the skirt steak (entraña)—both were outstanding! Overall, this hotel is perfect for relaxing with family or enjoying a trip with friends. Thanks to the incredible team and outstanding service, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.
