Waldorf Towers South Beach

Location 10/10 ! Jump on the FREE trolley and explore Miami which is 2 min walk from hotel! Hotel was extremely clean not one bit of dust or dirt! Oscar on reception amazing service! Modern and refurbished… only down fall bathroom shower water pressure not great but other than that I would highly recommend! Free sun loungers on Miami Beach is a great perk too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Waldorf Towers Miami Beach. My room 201 is on the southeast corner of the second floor with views out to the ocean, Lummus Park, and up and down Ocean Drive. It was clean and well-appointed. I love the updated art deco-inspired interior design of the room and all the interiors. The staff were excellent—Robert and Olga were so welcoming. Ruben and Brian at the front desk were so helpful with every question and request. Edison and Ruben were both wonderful assistance with the custom Polly Jones painting I delivered from my gallery MixHaus and installed above the lobby fireplace. I rented a CitiBike for 24hrs and explored the entirety of South Beach, seeing all the amazing public art and visiting Bass Museum and the Botanical Gardens. The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting the beach and exploring other parts of the city. So much to see and do and eat and drink…I wish I could have stayed longer!

A cool laid back hotel with a great vibe. Location is perfect right across the street from the beach plenty of great places to eat within a few minute walk. Exciting place to stay. Clean hotel comfortable beds and outstanding staff. Best hotel on the beach if you want to be right in the middle of everything.. If ever in Miami again will defiantly stay here.

O hotel está todo reformado. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A limpeza do quarto impecável e a localização é ótima. O serviço de praia atendeu a expectativa e o recepcionista Oscar, brasileiro, deu excelentes dicas de passeios. Súper recomendo o hotel.

Tudo no hotel nos agradou. Ficamos na suíte do terceiro andar. O quarto tinha ótimo isolamento acústico. O hotel fica no agito da Ocean Drive, com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares. A praia era ótima.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is unbeatable, especially with how close it is to the Port of Miami, which made transportation incredibly easy for us. The customer service was spectacular. We want to give a special shoutout to Ruben at the front desk, who welcomed us with a big smile and was super attentive and efficient from the very first minute. Also to Jesus at the restaurant, who provided impeccable service and amazing warmth during our meals. The hotel offers direct beach access and includes two beach chairs, which is perfect for fully relaxing. Additionally, the experience was even better because they organized soccer events on the beach to watch the World Cup; the atmosphere was incredible, and we had an amazing time watching the matches right by the ocean!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Waldorf Towers and had a great time. The hotel has an excellent location on Ocean Drive, close to many bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel even provides sun loungers on the beach as well. Oscar on reception was extremely helpful and provided an abundance of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Would highly recommend Waldorf Towers for your visit to Miami Beach!

Carl is an excellent receptionist. He is always friendly, professional, and welcoming to everyone. He provides great customer service, is very helpful, and makes every interaction pleasant. His positive attitude and attention to detail are truly appreciated.
