"Nice staff location and comfort however the water issues bugs and mildew smell were deterring."

Convenient location, staff very nice and allowed dogs. Bed was comfortable.

There were stink bugs (alive and dead) and lady bugs in the room. Water in the bathroom shower leaked wouldn’t turn off all the way and the sink was leaking around the facet. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was appreciated being it smelled a bit like mildew.

Angela at the front desk is AMAZING. Very nice and eager to help with anything. She is the reason we are writing this review, to thank her for excellent job! This hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, lobby is all about old school elegance. Victorian-style round banquette (half round couch) surprises you as you are walking in. Same one is on a second floor as well. Breakfast is good, free late checkout is a very nice perk. Will be there again.

Very Cordial & User friendly. Best Hotel for the Price!… 1. Economical- 2. Right off the Thruway 3. Most ALL offer FREE Brekkie 4. CONSISTENTLY Clean at EVERY CHOICE LOCATION. Staff never sitting around. If a break - I saw staff disinfecting the walls and railings and elevators !!!
