Hotel is in serious need of upgrade. Some exterior renovation was being done. Furniture should have been replaced years ago, especially in common area. Our room did not even have a toliet paper holder. Parking area is one big pot hole. Breakfast area needs to be rearranged. People waiting for waffle block whole area.

Under construction. Noise happening. Lots of kids running in the hall and lobby. We were in the first floor. Found other people’s hair in bathroom.

Very old, and unclean smelling and looking. Our bedsheets must not have been changed before we arrive because they had both hair and makeup on them. Staff was quick to rectify issues by providing additional sheets that we had to change on our own. But cleanliness is absolutely a 0/10. Odors in the hallways and you room. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a clean stay.

Undergoing renovations but still a comfortable and clean place to stay. It’s very convenient to Great Lakes RTC and there are plenty of places nearby for eating or shopping.

"Solid stay "

Solid one day stay as a traveling point, the included breakfast was decent, the room was okay, some of the decor was wore down a bit and the couch wasn’t very comfy, the bed was decent.

"Okay for 1 night "

Check in was easy. The room was humid. The door was hard to open and close. There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it worse when someone took a shower. The shower faucet kept dripping making it not eco-friendly. Breakfast was good and check out was easy. The pool and lounge chairs were great. You are close to restaurant, fast food and a gas station.
