Easy to get too

Even reserve the room online I had to pay a seperate $50 fee that would take up to 14 business days to come back to me. I feel that should be included in the booking and not seperate as it caught 3 people in front of me off guard.

Called directly to the hotel for my reservation. Assumed (my fault) that the price on the website would be what I was paying. I was told my only choice was 2 doubles or 2 twins. I made my decision and asked for an email confirmation. When I received it, there was no price listed. When I checked in, the price was nothing close to the website, and when I tried to show the front desk, it fell on deaf ears. Tried emailing corporate but that was a waste of time as well. The hotel IS pet friendly, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, but use caution when booking here.
