They charged me an extra $100 from my booking price. Also, kept my deposit because of dirty towels but I never got housekeeping to change them out.

Nothing, I have stayed at Red Roof inn nearly exclusively especially that location for many years but after the way I was treated-never again!

I booked a room for 3 nights, first night non refundable. I was told buy the women behind the glass that I would have to call Booking.com because I was only showing up for 2 nights on her screen. She refused to allow me to register until I spoke with Booking this was on new years no one was answering. In fact I have never been able to get anyone to answer on Booking. I was told by her and her manager that they didn't like me and didn't feel comfortable renting a room to me. I believe was clearly racially motivated. I hope to never stay at another Redroof Inn again!

Very rude and disrespectful staff. I was cheated and denied service.

I'm glad the room was clean enough and everything went smoothly. The bed is big and comfortable. Lots of parking spots. Friendly reception staff. You can check-in late at night.

This motel and our room design was old-fashioned and a little bit creepy, the location and the hotel in general doesn't feel cozy and safe - I immediately wanted to check for cockroaches and bed bugs (I'm glad I didn't find them). There were toiletries only for one person. It's funny that they charged a $100 deposit for a place like this (they refunded it within a few business days so it's fine). I think the motel could be made more comfortable and cozy.

I didn’t stay, because of roaches and a bug went across the bed as soon as I entered the room. I talked to the guy at the front desk and he went to the room. I walked around to talk to him and he said “ No problem “ when I didn’t want to stay there. He also said that I needed to talk to Booking, because, it was a third party issue on refunding my money.
