The room was too small.

My wife and I stayed on our drive to Florida. Facilities were dirty, old towel left in room by bed and garbage under the bed. Soap/ shampoo dispensers empty, no remote for the tv. Staff did get soap and remote when we asked for it. Rodent traps and insect traps all over in room. What looked like people living there were outside making noise off and on all night. Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

It was dirty the management did not resolve my problem and I was charged for fees not explained in the site there were roaches everywhere and I have had multiple stays and hundreds spent I want a refund for 2 days as I have overpaid and card froze because of the charges no one has resolved my issues and I’m tired of the run around

The entire outside of the place was terrible debris cigarette butts and overgrown grass and weeds. General maintenance and upkeep of the building itself were terrible inside the room you can tell the floors had not been mapped and who knows when. Basically disgusting. Truly surprised the Red roof inn doesn't take their logo off the facility. As I learned later the corporation had sold that property and at least one other that we are aware of and Utica New York.

The conditions were terrible. Found a cigarette butt on the side chair. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled like a pack a day. The tub was so filthy I decided not to shower in it.
