Busy weekend in Syracuse. I didn't choose Red Roof. It was all I could find for the date I needed. The staff did their best. Had to get a new room as room door was jammed. Highway and airport noise was an annoyance. If you're used to high quality hotels then this place is not for you. If you're female and solo, look elsewhere.

"Comfortable for the money"

Location to highway gas and restaurants is perfect.

Ac unit a bit old and bathroom vent fan quite loud. No phone in room. No ice and snack machines. Minor items that did not inconvenience me.

Nothing. The room had roaches and I left the premises within the hour of arriving room 229 and handed in the key. O reported it to you and want a refund

Very bad hotel with poor cleanliness. Towels were substandard, dirty and mattress just had bare springs. There were dead bugs on the floor. Please stay away from this hotel as you will have a terrible experience.

There was a large bug that came out of the blow dryer thing when I took it out of the holder. Twenty rings later and two tries no one answered at the front desk. There was no soap, body wash or shampoo.
