Very outdated, lots of cosmetic issues and the linens were very stained

Upon arrival they did not have my reservation, so they made me call hotels.com to fix it, while I was waiting to get checked in after talking to hotels.com, the attendant runs out to do something leaving me standing there. I paid for an upgraded linens and snacks. But the linens we had had yellow stains and pen marks on them. We did not receive any snacks. Online stated coffee free in lobby, but there ways none. Room was disgusting, it had dirt in every corner, 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. Property was unkempt with cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere.

Very dirty room, holes, stains gross

Looked like a slum from the outside. The room smelled like smoke and called and spoke to the front desk and told them that it smelled of cigarettes and the bathrub was disgusting with dirty towels. The next room was just as bad. The good thing about it was i got a complete refund. Went to another place.

Terrible

Of the 2 beds, one mattress has the springs poking through. Kids had to sleep on all our coats/car blankets piled under them, and it was still terribly uncomfortable. They slept very badly and were sore the next day. The most basic thing about getting a room is having a good bed to sleep in. If you can't provide that, you shouldn't be in the business.

Liter all around property . AC units coming apart . Room thermostats , an chairs broken . Siding missing from parts of building . Rooms smell like smoke

Property very dirty and run down .Cigarette butts all over property . Air conditioner frames damaged and ripped off. Thermostats in rooms damaged and difficult to use . Sheets in rooms stained

Dirty. The 8 inch crimped hair on top of the towel, instead of a mint, was a nice touch. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Wrinkled sheets that i just hope were clean. I could go on. I’ve stayed at worse, but paid less to do so.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in .smelled like cigarettes and it's supposed to be a non smoking one and very dirty.
