The refrigerator door was just hanging on to the refrigerator frame. Had to drag it into position to close.

Our room was so awful we've asked for a refund. All surfaces were dirty. No power to electrical plug at sink for hair dryer. Bathroom fan inop. Had to wipe out sink & tub before use. Rug filthy -- dust 'worms' ground into it. No outlets near head of bed for CPAP. Partly eaten granola bar and paper cup with ashes in it (in non-smoking property) were under bed. Toilet handle had brown stuff (???) on it.

Bed no clean

Room was unclean when informed staff and provided pictures nothing happened. Would not recommend

This place was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay the night. After the show we came to see on campus we drove three hours back because the room was so nasty. It smelled like smoke, there were bugs, everywhere, chewed gum in the ice bucket, wrinkled/unwashed sheets. I even found two pubic hairs in the bed. I felt like I would catch some skin disease if I stayed in the room and in that bed. I want to put down the toilet seat and I immediately put it right back up because the covers were missing off the lid screws and it was all this brown and yellow gunk in the crevices. Not one thing was straight in the room, not even the light fixtures. Dusty, dirty, and Grimey

Hair in the shower. Hair on the walls. Ac covered in dirt, dust, and hair. Hair in the beds. Sticky food wrapper sticking out of the safe. Hand prints and grime on the headboards. Brown substance dripping down walls.and doors. This room was absolutely filthy. Pillows were super thin. People screaming at each other outside our door in the middle of the night.

The hotel was disgusting, dead bugs in room walls covered with filth, pubic hair on back of door and sheets were disgusting. Asked for fresh towels and request was refused. I should have my money refunded.
