Lobby stunk door and windows was filthy Room was not cleaned till after check in and I complained Sheets disgusting and stained No fridge microwave tea or coffee in room Had to keep shoes on Needs a lot of TLC

I was with my family at Niegra falls from Friday night thru Sunday night, It was a terrible experience of our life at Hotel staying at Red Roof Inn in Buffalo.Not even Serves the Room at least.

This place is really disgusting, extremely dirty, not for humans

This place reeks of cigarettes and urine. Rooms appears as if they were not cleaned in months. Sheets have dirty patches and people living here looks sketchy

Room too small for king sized bed. No refrigerator or microwave.Bathroom too small. Facetted loose. We had to request clean sheets due to stains. Bed very uncomfortable. We were there for 3 days told maid service not needed during our stay, she knocked on door anyway.

Terrible smell in rooms. Rooms were smoked in. People were smoking weed and drinking in the corridors. No complimentary breakfast. Not suitable if you are traveling with kids.

This property was nothing like the photos, example of our experience: when we entered the both rooms, the floor was sticky, marks all over the sheet from blood and peep and poop stains.the bathroom had patched up hole that kicked in and the tub had flim all around it so we couldn’t have a shower. So went online to complain about the room and even that moe was impatient and actual rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone it should be remove it was like a crime sence
