Ramada Limited Norfolk

For the price we paid ($380 for 4 days/3 nights) I guess we got what we paid for. Very rundown, outdated property. Pros: Free parking

It was fantastic! Very comfortable room!

Room overall looked rundown and worn out. Stained pillowcase, damaged wall, pulled bed back to look for an outlet and saw a bunch of dirt. Room service didn’t show up until late afternoon and didn’t replace any towels. I misplaced my key and asked for a replacement. The bald guy with feather earrings told me that i could only have another key unless I paid two dollars in CASH ONLY. Just an overall bad experience.

There was used dirty toothbrush in the bathroom. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. They had a

Some of the other guest were a little rowdy. Other than that my stay was relaxing.

The bed sham was ripped. The table had half the wood trim missing, and bare wood was showing. The TV didn't work, the bathtub was dirty, and hair was in the tub and stuck in the drain. The best thing about the stay was one of the ice machines was working. Next time I will be taking pictures.

This hotel was a dive. Person charged are credit card even though we paid in full thru hotel.com. When asked for a ground floor person said there wasn't any so given 2nd floor. The no smoking room reeked of smoke. Asked for new room and clerk stated we had a handicap room but no elevator. Given a new room on 1st floor...amazing since he first stated there wasn't a ground floor room. People were loitering in front of the hotel and parking lot. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Appearance of hotel was horrible, the inside was even worse there were roaches in the bathroom, cigarette holes in the covers, and pen marks on the sheets ,brown stains on the photos on the wall and the bathtub looked rusted.d, my entire room smelled like cigarettes and weed I will never book there again didn’t stay longer than 20 minutes then I went back to the front office and requested refund . Also very over priced for the condition of the hotel .. very run down
