Ramada Limited Norfolk

The owners have no concept of customer service. They are more for the $ollar in their pocket and little for the comfort of the guest

It was quiet and clean. Nothing was wrong. I would recommend it to others.

My stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Property conditions not bad but not to my standards for a ramada.

Lights didn’t work and room smell like cigarette smoke. Also the bathroom was dirty with hairs

Good stay. It was an older hotel but very good for the price. Near many locations and easy to get to.

My daughter there said this area was known for solicitations at night. Truck engine running constantly in front of room. Door key not wiring after one use and after several key cards being used, door still malfunctioned. Service was good, breakfast area clean, appealing and in order. Only one night stay

It didnt look like a hotel that i wanted to check in to

The room is musty and smokey. Faucet handle broke off. Bed has bugs. Pillows dirty. Ceiling has cracks. Telephone cables exposed. Lobby is old and dated. Doodling on counters with profanity. Open Parking lot exposed to walkers and strangers. No security on site. I complained twice about the room but the lobby person refused to help and insists that only a manger can approve changes.

I enjoyed my stay there the guest were just as friendly as the staff, and the area was right around the mall area,there were also plenty of shopping centers.The highway was a short distance to get to.traffic wasn’t bad at all

Too many people walking around the parking lot at all hours of the night. Breakfast was scary, lobby area looked like a Bus depot. Someone switched my hub cap from Nissan to Mazda and left it under my rear tire.
