Room not cleaned good. Bed not made up at all!

Front entrance dirty Room smelled

Awful building. We asked for a non smoking room and we were put in a smoking room. After request, we were moved to another room, which apparently had some air freshener smell. We had a takeout dinner we wanted to eat in the dinner, due to bad smell in the room we decided not to eat. Breakfast quality was poor. Overall quality of the building is bad. Bathroom shower head was below the standard height and bath tub was choked while taking shower. This place is a disgrace on Ramada Inn brand name. It needs a huge CapEx to rehab this place. My recommendation, this hotel should be torn down and rebuilt.

The day I Checked i went to my room and realized that i was in a smoking room which i requested for a non smoking room. Later on that night around 11:30 pm my daughter and I was encounted with bedbugs we took a picture went to the front desk and they move us to another room. I wanted a full refund but they told me that the room had to be inspected by another company then they will make a decision whether or not i will get a refund. I tnought the picture will be evidence

I didn't like anything about this property it was nothing like I expected it look like a place where prostitutes hang out and I went and read the reviews I found out they had bed bugs and I did not go and check in. I left

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel, passing thru to visit family. The room had not been cleaned for quite some time. The build up us disgusting dirt and human feces was beyond imaginable. Beware and avoid this one at all costs. I would have rather camped out in our car.

Horrible place. Extremely dirty, the bathroom door would not shut, walls were not sound proof at all, there was a lot of obnoxious people who were outside our room until 6 am and even with going to the lobby to complain nothing was done about it. There was a mouse in our room. We did not stay there and now they are giving us a full run around and giving us false information with us fighting for a full refund. Very unprofessional and disgusting.
