There was no heat in the room because the thermostat did not work. The refrigerator was broken and had a foul odor. Management never took my call to rectify the issue

TV didn’t work. No hot water. Could not take a shower.

As we sat visiting with friends in the lounge area, two staff members got into a yelling fight, swearing at one another. It was very unprofessional. Also, the internet did not work, it would connect but show there were no open networks.

This was among the worst hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am fairly well travelled). It started with horrible front desk support. They struggled with something as basic as checking us in and giving us room keys. We had three rooms. All had mold/mildew in the bathrooms and most of the electrical outlets were not functioning. My daughter was on crutches and we found that not all of the building entry doors were ADA compliant (need somebody to open the door for her). The cleaners routinely left here carts in the middle of the hallway blocking the passage. This happened on both days we were there. The personnel at the cafe was nasty and could not be bothered to answer our questions. Of note, the cafe also closed at 9:30am; which seemed fairly early to me). In the gym 4 of the 6 pieces of equipment were not functioning. We asked for maintenance to come and they said on the way. An hour later and they still had not shown up so we had to get on with our day. All in all, this was a rundown, poorly operated hotel which was not in keeping with my usual experiences with Marriott or other Courtyard locations. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel.

This hotel needs to imply new policies for guests who think it's okay to be extremely noisy the entire night. I couldn't sleep at all with the constant noise coming from the third floor above my room. It sounded so loud and even after calling the front desk and complaining of the noise, nothing was done. The tv in my room never worked at all. The cable box was unplugged and reset and the tv still said "no signal". The front desk was no help for either of these issues. Also, the next morning while taking a shower, the fire alarm went off and it was super inconvenient to have to rush to finish my shower for no reason. The elevator definitely needs to be updated because it seems like it's on its last leg and will break down at any given moment. For the price of the rooms, you would think you would be getting something worth your money. This hotel definitely needs to work on several areas before they charge the price they do. Terrible visit and even after letting the staff know of these issues I encountered, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
