USThis one is a hard one. Overall I slept ok, I guess that’s the positive to the stay.
The cleanliness of the room was lacking particularly the jacuzzi in the suit. The faucet has tons of mold and gunk growing on the bottom of it and overall didn’t appear to be well cleaned or maintained. I was overall unimpressed with the check in process or the room. The deadbolt in the room was broken and wouldn’t lock and the overall room just didn’t seem very clean. It was like cleaning was just a going through the motions rather than cleaning. The shower was also not as clean as it should have been but I had figured out cleanliness wasn’t a priority by that point and cleaned it prior to showering. The breakfast was about the worst we can remember in a hotel and was nearly out of food with just over an hour left to go. There appeared to be a couple of employees in there chatting and eating but not stocking anymore food. I could be wrong, maybe they were guests.
