USThe room stunk they couldn't find our reservation when we checked in. We had to wait a long time for someone to show up so we could check out.

USHad a King Suite and it was comfortable and clean - we were on second floor. The hotel was in Eagle River within a short distance from shopping, eating areas. Cute town!
It looked like the place was being remodeled. There was no ice available and the carpet was only underlayment so we assumed it was being replaced. This was in the hallways. The room carpet was fine. We assumed there would be an elevator available. These two senior citizens had to hike up the stairs with baggage and cooler.

The bar in the shower wasn't stable. It slid out of place and I almost fell. The mirror over the sink was dirty. Tha desk top needed to be washed off. These are things I saw, so I wonder what else wasn't clean.
