Long walk for an older person to get to my room. I'm disabled and would have been more comfortable closer to the.main entrance. I used the hot tub and it wasn't hot enough and the timer didn't give enough time in the tub before I had to get out and press it again.

I had selected a room with a hot tub in it, yet that's not what we got. No point in arguing for a an overnight stay. The beds and pillows are absolutely terrible!
USThe location was good. There was plenty of parking and having access to a pool was nice.
Because of our schedule, we were only there at night and the person who works overnight was not nice at all. He didn't say one word to me during the entire checkin process, and when I brought to his attention that I didn't get the room that I requested. He argued with me that I did and told me that I was stuck with the room, even though I showed him my confirmation that proved that I was correct. To top it all off, the fridge wasn't staying cold, so all the food that we brought had to be thrown out. The room wasn't "dirty", but it didn't feel clean either. I don't think the shower had been cleaned and it didn't drain properly. I tried several times to speak to a manager, but one was never on site while we were there or when I called. It was one of the worst experience I've had at a hotel.

Bed was very uncomfortable .Felt like we were going to slide off either side . Breakfast very weak.Good thing Kwik Trip was close by.Carpeting in hall dirty also.
USThere was no breakfast, other than coffee. At least could've had some pastries or something to grab & go.
They didn't really tell us anything at check in, other than where the room was. Smoke alarm went off at midnight cause batteries were low, which they did come up right away to fix. Also feel the walls are not that sound proof, cause we could hear the next room over & the cleaning people were loud in the morning. Basically just a place to sleep, which we didn't get a good night sleep after smoke alarm deal. Also no extra pillows in room & not much for shampoo & conditioner.
