"WOW. What a stay."

WOW. what a stay. The attention to detail in the rooms is impeccable, the decor compliments the authenticity of the cave. They are absolutely stunning and have the wow factor. The hosts are excellent, they cannot do enough to help you and recommend places to drink, eat and visit.

"Best part of our Italy trip"

Aqua Cave was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. If you're looking for an authentic Matera experience without sacrificing comfort, this is the place to stay. The cave room was beautiful, but the standout feature was the amazing bath. After a day of exploring the Sassi, soaking in it was the perfect way to relax. The location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A unique, luxurious, and memorable stay that truly captures the magic of Matera. We would absolutely stay here again.

"Paradise"

It was the greatest suite I’ve ever been in and I’m a pretty seasoned traveler. Every detail is magnificent. Rustic, modern, romantic. I cannot believe how moved I was by the entire experience. The best part? The owners. Paola and Francesco were two of the most beautiful people, inside and out. The breakfast is superb.
