Sheets were stained, bathroom looked gross. Will never go back

Will never stay here again. Asked for more towels because we did not have any clean ones and no one came to clean our room or replace our towels. When we asked for clean ones they said they didn’t have any?

The worse stay. Room was disgusting! Bloody sheets and hair in the tub. Homeless people harassing us and using laundry service.

Room was Dirtyyyyyyyy Bed Sheets Dirty with someone else hair all over it Towels Dirtyyyyy Pillows Dirtyyyyy When asked for new sheets, they told me they didn't have extra I had to go to Walmart and spend an extra $80 on bed sheets ,pillows, and towels. The Health Department needs to go there and inspect this Red Roof and also the Better Business Bureao cause what they are. Showing online is not what the customer is getting And to top it of You ask for the Manager and the Manager say that She's been telling the Owner about the situation and nothing hathing get done

Dirty, paint bucket where in the room, the bed was not done the associate at front desk ask me and my wife to step out the building for 5 minutes and one our went by he never told us to came in again.

The front desk staff was very nasty a older Caucasian lady was very disrespectful and rude I would never go back to this location again

Absolutely shocked! And this issue still isn't even resolved! Booking.com is trying to get our $200 back from the hotel for not even meeting basic expectations. Filthy, holes and stains in sheets, door lock broken, non smoking room smelled like cigs, pot and air freshener.

Shower was the best thing about the room. Freeway convenient. Restaurants near by.

Rooms was nasty. Cracked paint hanging from the ceiling and missing. Black mold in the shower. Holes in the wall, behind bathroom door. Towel rack/holder was missing. Drywall patches in the room that wasn't finished or painted. Paint on entry door was falling off. The AC unit barely worked. The beds where very uncomfortable, 2 small pillows per bed, stains on the pillow cases, had to go and buy pillows and cases to sleep on. Found long strands of black hair on my sheets from cleaning ladies I'm assuming. Didn't use the blankets. Sad I had no other choices or place to stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, i booked a room for 1 night on Saturday July 20 2024 got charged $150.38. Decided to arrive a day early on July 19 2024 and booked a room for that day got charged $237.50 Why more money?? I feel I deserve a refund or something. Rooms are nothing like what they show in the pictures on the Red Roof Inn website.

I paid for 3 people in 1 room. There were only 2 towels for showers. I called once and visited the front desk and was told additional towels were coming, along with additional toilet paper I requested. We went to dinner, came back and nothing had been delivered. I again went to the front desk, retrieved the toilet paper and was told they were out of towels. Customer service is essentially non-existant and it's apparent whomever owns this place does not take pride in the property. All that said, I guess it's expected from a Red Roof Inn.

This was probably the dirtiest and most run-down hotel i have ever stayed in. The light fixture fell from the ceiling unprompted. There was spackle still on the walls, the back of the bathroom door had a massive hole in it. The bathroom door handle was extremely loose and felt like it was ablut to break off. I would never recommend staying here even to my worst enemy. I was booked for 2 nights, but after the first i had had enough and decided to cut short my stay. They would not even refund me for the 2nd night that i was no longer going to need.
