Red Roof Inn Indianapolis North - College Park

It was a nice hotel but needs cleaning to be done and also nice staff!

Very friendly staff

Air quality was so bad my throat started to swell. Bathroom light hasnt been updated since the 60s. The door for the conjoined toom had its deadbolt removed. Overall did not feel safe and felt disgusting.

The desk clerks were friendly and kind. The area surrounding the hotel had lots of food choices.

The bedspreads had burn holes and multiple stains. The remote didn't work and the replacement given to me by the front desk didn't work at all. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed/washed. The light switches looked they were sinking into the walls. The door to the bathroom was grimy with fingerprints as was the bathroom light switch. We stayed there two nights, and no one came to make up the beds or bring fresh towels. The air conditioner worked but it was falling apart. There was party in the parking lot which went on for hours until the police came. There were laundry hampers filled with garbage bags under the stairs. The safe was broken. There looked to be a spot for a hairdryer near the sink, but it was gone. The window of the room next door to us had a big crack in it. The cost of the room was far far far too high for the lack of cleanliness/quality. I would never recommend it. I was surprised because I have stayed at other red roof inns in other towns and assumed that the quality was good at all locations, which I certainly now know is not the case.

They're trying to keep a building afloat that should have been demolished 10 years ago

The staff at reception was friendly.

How disgusting and damaged it was in our 1st and 2nd rooms.

The comforter and sheets were stained on both beds and everything smelled like smoke. Very gross.

Was a so so experience. Place was alright, but kind of expensive for what it was. Door was partially broken, headboard was broken, toilet wouldn't fill up to flush. All the workers I talked to seemed like they didn't care about much. Lots of people in the office complaining about their rooms. But, the bed was comfortable. And a nice sized room.
